Exploring the Science of Healing
My work explores health and healing through three interconnected domains: Endocannabinoid Medicine, Mind-Body Medicine, and Psychotropic Medicine. Together, they examine how physiology, emotion, consciousness, and meaning interact to shape adaptation, resilience, and healing.
These three domains share a common thread: the endocannabinoid system and the dynamic two-way relationship between physiology and experience. Together, they offer complementary perspectives on how adaptation, healing, and transformation unfold throughout life.
At the center of these domains lies a shared question: What does it mean to be human, and how do body, mind, and consciousness work together to shape health, healing, and transformation?
Endocannabinoid Medicine
Exploring the body's primary regulatory network and its role in maintaining balance across organ systems, emotions, and overall health.

Mind-Body Medicine
Exploring the two-way relationship between body and mind, and how awareness, belief, meaning, and experience influence physiology, adaptation, and healing.

Psychotropic Medicine
Exploring the therapeutic, developmental, and transformative potential of altered states of consciousness and peak experiences, and their roles in healing, emotional growth, self-discovery, and human flourishing.
